Panhandle Players auditions are open to anyone in the community with an interest in performing, from long-time stage veterans to newbies willing to brave the stage for the first time. We are always happy to welcome new faces on our stage!
Auditions are generally held 5-6 weeks before a show opens. They usually span over two evenings, and are held at the Chapman auditorium. Casting choices are made solely by the director of each show.
While the show’s director will determine what they are looking for in an audition, it usually entails a cold read of the play. Be prepared to read several different parts and be ready to have fun!
Check back here and on our Facebook page for upcoming audition dates!
